What are the defects?

Due to a possible electrical connection failure to the cars main battery power cable where it connects into the vehicles fuse box, the car may lose power to several electrical systems within the vehicle.

What are the hazards?

If the electrical fault does occur the car may not be able to be unlocked, or the driver may not be able to start the car. In certain cases the failure may result in a total electrical failure within the vehicle and the car may shut down while driving, posing an accident hazard.
