What are the defects?
The positioning of the wiring harness bracket can induce a resonance in the wiring harness. The resonance can potentially cause the wiring harness to disconnect and render the reverse lamps and reverse buzzer (where equipped) inoperable.
What are the hazards?
Reverse lamps and reverse buzzer (where equipped) may become inoperable.

Owners will be contacted by Isuzu Australia Limited directly by registered letter.
Owners are asked to contact their dealer as soon as possible for inspection and reposition of the wiring harness and replacement of the reverse switch where necessary.
