What are the defects?
A narrow clearance between the fuel pipe on the engine and the frame may result in the fuel pipe contacting the frame.
If the operator continues to use the vehicle with the frame in contact with the fuel pipe , the fuel pipe may be damaged and this may lead to a fuel leak.

What are the hazards?
If fuel leaks in the presence of an ignition source this may cause a fire, increasing the risk of serious injury or death to the vehicle occupants, bystanders and other road users.
What should consumers do?
Tadano Oceania Australia will notify owners of affected vehicles to arrange an appointment for the vehicle to be inspected and repaired, free of charge.
Alternatively a qualified Tadano team member will provide instructions on how a qualified person may carry out the required repair as per the service instructions.
