The cruise control system may not operate correctly.
What are the hazards?
The driver may experience the inability to 'set' or 'activate' cruise control, or to 'cancel' or 'de-activate' cruise control when it is engaged.
What should consumers do?
Ford will write to owners of all PK Ranger XLT and Wildtrak vehicles at their last known address. Owners of PJ and PK Ranger models will be contacted by the Ford Dealer who installed the system in their vehicles.
