What are the defects?
Due to misrouting, the horn power wire can become frayed from unintended contact with a horn bracket mounting bolt, which if it occurs could lead to exposed wire causing a number of potential problems to occur when the horn button is depressed.
What are the hazards?
Electrical fault.
