What are the defects?
A small number of seat riser boxes were supplied by Isringhausen which do not fully comply with ADR requirements for structural strength. Should a vehicle with a faulty seat riser be involved in an accident the seat and occupant may not be adequately restrained and could detach from the floor of the cab.
