What are the defects?
Clutch and front and rear brake shoes may contain asbestos.
What should consumers do?
Eagle Wing Scooters will write to and call each customer who purchased the scooter to advise them that the scooter must be returned to the dealer for replaacement of the clutch and front and rear brake shoes at no cost to the customer.
