What are the defects?
Victory has determined that the backrest support bracket on some of these accessory seats can fail and allow the passenger backrest to separate from the seat base.
What are the hazards?
A faulty backrest bracket could suddenly fail, increasing the risk of the passenger falling off of the vehicle.
What should consumers do?
Consumers should stop using the affected seatback and contact the nearest Victory Motorcycle dealer to make arrangements for the re-work service to be carried out.
