What are the defects?
The vehicle specification sheet obtained from the LDV website may have provided incorrect information in relation to gross vehicle mass, axle capacities, payload and towing capacities. If the driver attempts to tow a load higher than the approved maximum weight, this could result in increased braking distances and/or reduced braking performance. This could also result in reduced steering response which may lead to the vehicle to rollover.
