What are the defects?
There is a possibility that the crankshaft pulley bolt may come loose. In the worst case this may result in the pulley spinning on the crankshaft rendering the power steering pump and/or alternator non-operational.
What should consumers do?
Contact your Mitsubishi Dealer for rectification of your vehicle if required. If further information is required contact your Mitsubishi dealership or ring 1300 13 12 11 between 7.30am and 7.30pm.
