What are the defects?
Due to a manufacturing defect, the mounting position of the rear tail lamps and the rear turning indicators may not meet specification. As a result, during dark conditions, the traffic behind will have reduced visibility and may not be able to identify the vehicle.
What are the hazards?
If the traffic behind is unable to identify the vehicle, it could increase the risk of an accident causing serious injury or death to vehicle occupants and/or other road users.
