The department has been made aware of a potential scam involving persons impersonating representatives of vehicle manufacturers’ dealerships offering to collect consumers’ vehicles for the purposes of completing an outstanding recall.

If you drive a vehicle manufactured between 1996 – 2001, check to see if it is part of the Takata recall.
